Do you have a mobile store that can visit my workshop?

Our business started by operating mobile stores, if we have one in your area we would be more than happy to visit your place of work - Please 'Get in Touch' to arrange this.

What is your return policy?

We like to keep things simple - sometimes things happen and you need to change your mind. We will accept returns up until 14 days from date of sale, as long as the product is unused and in it's original sealed packaging. If you've changed your mind all we ask is you pay the return freight costs and we will credit you in full for the cost of the goods.

Do you provide delivery services for all products?

We can deliver all of our products to anywhere in the UK or ROI - With orders over £100 this is FOC on a 2-3 service. Orders below will incur a £7.50 carriage cost.

For international order please get in contact before ordering so that we can quote you. This will be dependent on the location and products ordered

What if the product I ordered is defective, incorrect or damaged?

We try our very best to bring you the best products with the strictest quality controls but sometimes things do go wrong. If you have any issues with your delivery please get in touch straight away and we will resolve any queries as quickly as we possibly can.
